Hirify Resumes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.

• Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
   
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via GoDaddy Payments, which supports a variety of payment options including credit cards and debit cards.
   
• Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if services are not delivered as agreed.
   
• Late Payments: If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.
   

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your professional experience, skills, and other relevant details required for resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and other services.

You agree to review the final drafts of any documents and provide feedback or approval in a timely manner.

• Client Content: You retain ownership of all personal and professional information you provide to Hirify Resumes.
   
• Service Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the final content created by Hirify Resumes, including resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. Until full payment is made, all content remains the property of Hirify Resumes.
   

At Hirify Resumes, we take privacy and confidentiality seriously. Your personal and professional information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Hirify Resumes makes no guarantees regarding job placement, interviews, or success in securing employment. While we strive to provide high-quality resume writing and career services, we are not responsible for any hiring outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirify Resumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service at issue.

Hirify Resumes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

We may suspend or terminate our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that state.

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of Hirify Resumes services will first be addressed through informal negotiations. If the issue is not resolved, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or binding arbitration.
